In an article regarding the petition started by Carroll Gardens residents to urge CB6 to respect the decision of its own Land Use and Landmarks subcommittee, and not give its approval to the Lighstone Plan for 363-365 Bond Street, Ethan Geto lobbyist and spokesperson said:
"There is only one firm lobbying elected officials and the Community Board on the project, and that’s my firm, Geto & de Milly." - Ethan Geto, lobbyist for the Lightstone Group
Perhaps unsurprisingly, Community Board 6 later overturned the decision of its own subcommittee and gave its approval to the Department of City Planning.
